Program easy to use

Had hard time getting program to install, took hours. Worked great after getting installed.
What's great about it: easy of use
What's not so great: program did not want to install from cd
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

taxes made easy

Only improvement I can suggest making is asking me up front if my situation changed from the prior year. Based on what I entered last year, TurboTax would know I am not entering data in those fields that were blank last year and skip them in the interview. If I have done something new this year, I'd say "no" to the question and TurboTax would go through the entire interview.
What's great about it: don't see how doing taxes could be made simpler
What's not so great: wading through a lot of n/a topics

Easy Peasy!

Turbo Tax takes the hassle out of filing my taxes. I'd much rather do it myself and feel confident that I have not missed or skipped over anything then pay someone else big bucks to do it for me! Thank you Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Easy to understand, takes you thru everything step by step.
What's not so great: None that I am aware of.

Easy!!

If you're organized and keep your paperwork handy, going through the filing process with Turbo Tax is incredibly easy. I have used it for years and never have had an issue or a problem.
What's great about it: Very easy if you have your paperwork in hand
What's not so great: Don't like that I have to pay for State filing

filling with turbo tax is awesome. it was so quick and easy and all I had to do was fill in the blanks.talk about covering all the bases T tax was thorough and simple .Thank you turbo tax!!!

Great product a little inconsistent when it came to uploading w2s, but overall a good experience. Not sure if purchasing the download was better than just doing it online.
What's great about it: Easy to use, fast and accurate
What's not so great: let me upload one W2, but not the second one
