We have used Turbo Tax for the last eight years now and it just keeps getting better and easier.

Easy Peasy

I've been using Turbo Tax for something like 16 years now and I would not go to another prep method. I find the program to be easy to use and worry free and the communication on the result of actually filing is up-to-date
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is extremely easy to use, no worries - they ask all the questions
What's not so great: None that I can think of

Long time TurboTax user - Done with taxes

TurboTax has changed a lot over the years I've been using it. It continues to be easy to use and makes doing my taxes fast. I used to fill the forms out manually and I know how much time it can take! The help access has changed and I think they are providing more at a cost (next higher level). There are still things I go to the IRS or the actual forms to verify, but that is just me, I need to know what changed from last year and that access is easy through the help buttons. I really like the new feature where the form can be displayed from the input page.
What's great about it: step by step process makes it easy
What's not so great: Help is not as easy as it used to be

Thank you for creating such a great program. I wish E filing my two state returns were free. I see no reason for charging money.

TurboTax 2013

Since I started purchasing TurboTax I feel totally confident in the program to find my best deductions and correct filing needs.
From buying and selling houses and having my own business to downsizing it, TurboTax has always got the tax end covered.

What's great about it: Always finds previous years tax file and brings information forward to new tax year.
What's not so great: Didn't tell me that I did not enter in my Oregon State Income tax from box 17 on W-2.

Live in NJ Work in Philadelphia

As usual the Federal return process went smooth. I can't say the same for the NJ state program. The program does not understand how to handle the differences between Fed and State income exclusions. It does not handle taxes paid to other states or municipalities, like Philadelphia well at all. I had to look up a lot of things on the NJ state web site and enter things manually into the forms.
What's great about it: Fed Tax worked well as usual
What's not so great: NJ State does not correctly transfer information from Fed return
