Exceptional customer service!

I made an error and accidently upgraded to premier filing. Turbotax staff was great with their assistance in helping me use the product right for me and getting a refund on the product!

I like the verification questions to ensure the right data has been entered. I did not like that the return was ready for filing but there still was the State Sales Tax issue to be resolved. (I had to research the Turbobase website for previous questions asked. The answer was to perform an update. This update took about 7 minutes.) Overall, I am quite satisfied with Turbotax.
What's great about it: I like the verification questions to ensure the right data has been entered.
What's not so great: I did not like that the return was ready for filing but there still was the State Sales Tax issue to be resolved.

Automatic high price

It's great that each years information keeps moving along with you electronically. The actual tax preparation is solid and reliable
Years ago the automatic renewal price was a low price and there were useful freebies, not just Quicken every year. I forgot to cancel it so I paid twice as much as they offer it through some of their resellers.

I have been using this product for several years and have always found it to be very easy to use, thorough and great for providing all of the details and worksheets needed for the return. Please keep up the great job!
