Used Turbo Tax for years. Love it. Husband collected Soc Sec for the first time - was worried about the changes to our tax situation. Turbo Tax handled it.
What's great about it: Step by step was like having someone hold my hand through the process
What's not so great: Using my name and having it too short for this survey! had to fake it to get it to take

could not e-file. this was one of the main reasons for using turbo tax. tried all of the help selections. got nowhere. now I have to pay postage, and addition to my fee, and rely on "snail mail"

Overall I love this product and use every year. Two nit picks:
1. When uploading TXF files, you do not yet have the option to import all files simultaneously, so you have to enter one, then go back, click through several links, then enter the second, etc. I have five such files to import, and there's got to be an easier way than this.
2. When doing the State tax file, if you're in a RITA municipality, I can't find a way to tell the state form that I've already filed my RITA taxes and don't need to fill out the whole RITA form within the state form.
Other than that, great product.
What's great about it: Intuitive
What's not so great: A few minor inconveniences
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

A must for anyone interested in filing their own taxes. Been using Turbo-Tax for several years and it just gets easier each year.

Been using Turbo Tax for 5 years now. It always works flawlessly. It finds my previous years information and transfers it to the current forms. Even in complex tax forms such as ours, the time required in less than an hour.
What's great about it: Saved tons of time and money!
What's not so great: NONE

I love using Turbo Tax because it is so easy to do. They guide you through each step and explain what you are looking at in easy to understand terms. I have never been disappointed in using them and will continue to do so. I will also encourage others to use it. Already have my family hooked!

What's not so great: not enough items for intuit's donation site
