Great Job...Again....

I've been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years. It is the easiest way to do our taxes and get the return quicker. Turbo Tax is a great product...highly recommended!

You should be able to download all forms 5498. If they are not needed, then so be it. I had to enter form 1099R but was not allowed to enter form 5498 that showed where the funds were rolled over to. I should be able to download that information and turbo tax do what it needs to do with it.
Entering information for my son's college credit hours was very confusing.
What's great about it: step by step
What's not so great: Not able to download all forms including forms 5498. Entering student information was confusing.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I had my taxes nearly done but needed an OS upgrade. Turbo Tax disappeared but came right back after re installation - WITH MY PREVIOUS TAX WORK!
What's great about it: Saved my taxwork despite an operating system upgrade.
What's not so great: Can't think of any.

Good tax preparation experience

I liked everything with the exception of the Arizona State private tuition carryover. It just didn't make sense and the field titles for each year are very difficult to understand. I finally accepted what ever came about, but I am not confident that the result was fair and accurate.
What's great about it: I like the way you are guided through various categories.
What's not so great: Handling private tuition carryover was very confusing.
