Love the simplicity

Excellent tax filing program!! Very simple and the step-by-step process makes filing easy for even the novice tax preparers such as myself. Thank you TurboTax and please keep up the superb work.
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This is my 11th year using TurboTax. Over those years it has actually gotten easier and more convenient. I wouldn't do it any other way.
What's great about it: quick and easy
What's not so great: none

GREAT PRODUCT. I am a hard working American who does not qualify for earned income credits - and I don't make enough to qualify for any of the big deductions. Work out of state and I get penalized for it...double taxed :( Other companies OVERCHARGED for services that I can now do on my own because of TURBO TAX! THANK YOU!!!! Because of Turbo Tax I am not in the negative and can afford to do my taxes.

Turbo Tax continues to make processing my families taxes. It is easy and convenient with easy to follow step by step and makes using last years and previous years information seamlessly.
What's great about it: Easy to work with and transfer previous data
