Never again will i pay some one to do this for me
What's great about it: Low cost do it yourself
What's not so great: couldn't find any
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Updates fail on non-admin login

When using a standard user login with TT, updates can not be applied. This is expected behavior, HOWEVER, there should be a popup box asking for an admin login to allow the updates to proceed.
I had to login separately as an admin, launch TT, deal with setup config to get the updates.
I'm using a Windows 7 device.

I've been using TT for years and it is a great product.
What's great about it: navigation through sections

Quick and efficient Tax prep Program

I like how Turbo Tax walks you through every step. I like that it shows you what you did in years prior so you know what you should approximately be getting. My husband does some official scoring for a Baseball team and it is considered free-lance work. It is a little hard to follow how to do self employment taxes. I am glad he only had one.
What's great about it: Easy to use, help available when needed
What's not so great: Self Employee portion is a little hard for part-time free lance work

Turbo Tax should write all the Government forms

So easy to follow and took the worry of doing taxes off the table and allowed me to do my taxes in one afternoon.
What's great about it: easy to use, very clear and easy to follow

i have been using turbotax for many years. the fonts use are eyes compliant. event the small font on this review. good job on the "Step by Step" . the guide was simple and easy to follow. The search engine did not stop at the topic if not found but, redirect me to were it will be found . for example i was looking for a topic in State while that topic exist in Federal. Turbotax guide tell me it is not in State and transfer the search to federal where i find it.
