Turbo Tax is my BFF

Turbo Tax is by far the most user-friendly method of filing your taxes. It is simple, yet thorough, as it does all the digging for you to get the highest possible refund. Don't know what I would do without it!
What's great about it: So easy even a caveman can use Turbo Tax!
What's not so great: Nothing.

Turbo Tax easy to use

Easiest to use of the home software. Once you have info added simple to use year after year cause it pulls in info from previous year.
What's great about it: Quick if you know what you are doing and don't have to go through edvery section
What's not so great: Some questions redundant

Since I have limited deductions, Turbo Tax makes it EASY for me to do both federal and state taxes by myself.
What's great about it: fast and downloads from last year
What's not so great: difficult language regarding ROTHs

It was great to be able to see the credits and deductions last year. It reminded me of what information I would need this year. It is also great to be able to go back and edit sections as more forms arrived in my mailbox. I could do bits at a time and not spend one entire day as I did in the past. Plus it's always great when your refund is larger than the previous year's refund. Thanks TurboTax!
What's great about it: It was great to see the comparison between this year's and last year's figures.
What's not so great: None I can think of; it went so smoothly.

Simple, easy, and confident way to do your own taxes. I find doing my taxes as easy as doing geometry or physics. But with Turbo Tax it's a piece of cake! You just follow along and provide the numbers Turbo Tax asks you for... Simple!!!

Use of turbo-Tax

Used Turbo tax for over 20 years and recommend it to friends
What's great about it: quick, accurate, and complete. Allows for the Federal return to be [prepared simultaneously with any state returns. Tax
What's not so great: some of the detailed worksheets are lost Not clear that there is that option
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
