Excellent software. I makes it possible for me to do my own taxes even though I have some unusual circumstances.
What's great about it: Carrying forward information from previous returns
What's not so great: It is not obvious how to find source of some entries

Sometimes I'd like to see the source information Turbo Tax uses for its calculations. Or, it would be nice if I had the option to easily link to the IRS regulation concerning a particular entry.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax Was Easier Than Ever Before
What's not so great: Wish some of the formulas used to calculate entries were "clickable"

Easy to use and you can always check out things you know nothing about but then you can go back if it has nothing to do with your tax situation. You can flag things if you don't have the info handy and go back and put it in before you're all done.
What's great about it: easy
What's not so great: everyone can find something I love it
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Concise and confident

I was happy to get it done with and filed electronically. That aspect makes it clean and simple. However, the program would not access the information from last year's return that is stored in the computer. This caused me to have to input a lot of information that was already on file in the computer. Also, the program made many changes to the computer that took a lot of time. I spent all day on the taxes and would have saved time and money had I accessed a tax preparation service.
What's great about it: It is much easier than trying to read and decipher all of the tax forms and booklet.
What's not so great: Couldn't locate last year's taxes that are on file. Last year was much faster.

Fast and Easy

Just the word "taxes" makes most people groan. Me too!!!! But this time was different. The checks and double checks for all steps in the process made this a much easier less stressful way to file my taxes. Loved the options and quick updates to the program available to download. This was virtually perfect.
What's great about it: Loved the ease of completing my taxes this year...much less stressful
What's not so great: Nothing so far

Quick and Easy Refund!

This product makes doing your taxes a snap! It takes a very overwhelming task and chunks it up into bite size pieces, creating the perfect refund delight! Thank you Turbo Tax!
