Sitback and relax with TurboTax!

I am a student and this was my first time doing my own taxes. I was dreading the tax applications until some one recommended me TurboTax. The TurboTax software has the easiest user interface ever, it makes it so easy for just regular people to fill out their taxes and get a guaranteed maximum refund. TurboTax is one of the best investments I made this or year or the year before. With TurboTax there is no dreading just chilling.
What's great about it: Very effective yet very easy
What's not so great: There are no cons what so ever to TurboTax

Absolutely abominable...cannot select print pages, etc etc etc

AZ State Snag

Review of state forms (AZ) continually sent me to Form 140, Line B6, municipal interest. I had no municipal interest; this didn't apply to me, and I never entered anything into that field. Somehow, it auto-filled a "0.", and the error check keeps telling me that field should be blank if there is no municipal interest. TurboTax would not let me modify the field--even to put something non-zero into it. Hence, I can't E-File, and must print / mail the whole AZ return. FYI, I've ALWAYS had turbotax force me to print/mail my AZ return--for the last 9 years. YUCK.
What's great about it: Very smooth--99.8%
What's not so great: Bug prevented me from EFiling AZ forms

Taxes Done Quickly

easy to understand directions. Saves time and money over preparing it on paper or paying a professional.
What's great about it: Makes preparing taxes much simpler and faster to prepare.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Software Glitch when E-Filing by MACS

There is a software glitch when e-filing with a MAC. The transmission will not go through and the software says that you need to update the TurboTax software AND if that doesn't work you should file by mail. Of course, the software had already been updated. For good measure, I tried to update the software again, and it said the software was up to date. Went to TurboTax Help and found out that this is has been a reported problem by other persons. I did find the fix and was able to e-file. However, I could see a lot of people not knowing how to fix the problem. TurboTax should fix the problem in an update or send an e-mail once the software is registered to avoid customer frustration.

Could not find a way to delete my return and start a new one because of an error I made that the program wouldn't let me correct. There was supposed to be something in the upper left corner to do this but it wasn't to be found. I was working from a CD,. not the downloaded version.
