Nearly idiot proof!

Overall very impressed again! I have used TurboTax for several years and other then questions about mortgages and interest everything is very easy to follow.
What's great about it: easy step by step
What's not so great: mortgages are still a bit confusing
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

Tax year 2012 is better(software itself) because when you want to print your return, you just click print compared to tax year 2013,
before you can print you still have to click the print icon. Plus there should always be a person to talk to if you have questions.

2013 tax

if you know what you're doing and have kept records of all your taxes, medical bills etc...then it's a breeze...they should list all the records you'll need to have on hand on the box the disc comes in so you can gather everything before you start
What's great about it: seemingly thorough
What's not so great: no where to ask questions as you go

Poor Printed Documents

WORD should be an option for printed documents. Currently, figures and check boxes do NOT line up correctly. If audited, I could NOT decipher what figures belong where. I hope the IRS can -
