Quick and Easy

I love Turbo Tax, I have been using if for many years and it has never let me down, it is simple and easy to use and when I am done I feel confident that my taxes are done correctly.
What's great about it: Easy directions, quick because you fill in previous year
What's not so great: I can't think of any

Terriffic Turbo Tax

As a single mother I LOVE Turbo Tax. I don't stress about filing taxes because I know Turbo Tax will walk me through every step and try to get me the highest refund or lowest tax bill possible. Today I did my taxes start to finish in only 2 hours. Very easy and not stressful at all. Thank you!
What's great about it: Step by Step instructions
What's not so great: could not pay federal tax owed with state refund
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Had problems

I submitted my returns after TurboTax Reviewed them. Both The State and Federal rejected them for errors that TurboTax missed. The error messages were a number and what looked like a brief description which I could not under stand. It was only after loaded the updates that thing worked. I was not happy because i have mail State return in again.

Time consuming

Very hard to work! E-file was impossible to do!
What's great about it: Nothing!
What's not so great: Always wanting more money!

Always buy TurboTax and never regret the purchase. Financial stuff gives me palpitations. Turbo Tax minimizes them. Thanks!
What's great about it: Step by step walk thru the schedules; It's Deductible helped me get a refund.

First time filing!

This was my first year filing taxes without the assistance of anyone else. TurboTax was highly recommended and now I understand why. The program is easy to use and TurboTax provides detailed explanations for each step and item throughout the process. I will definitely use this in the coming years!
