I love the "ItsDeductible Item Donations", but wish I could print the individual screens.
What's great about it: Thorough walk through, love donation section

I feel confident using this product. I enjoy the fact that I don't have to do all the calculations and filling out the multiple forms. I feel good that the results are accurate and I am getting the most refund due me.

Improves Every Year

I very much appreciate how TutboTax improves each year and becomes increasingly easy to navigate to make corrections and adjustments. Especially helpful when preparing two filings simultaneously. Additions and deletions are EASY! The downside is figuring out how to download the online version of ItsDeductible into the desktop version of TurboTax even after consulting the help tab. I discovered it by accident in a tiny font tab which was in a tab bar above the two other tab bars and the title bar. NOT intuitive. Wasted some time on that, but successful in the end. All in all, TurboTax is my "go to" for tax preparation.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate especially when making adjustments
What's not so great: Difficulty figuring out how to import online ItsDeductible to desktop TurboTax

My taxes aren't all that complicated, but TurboTax makes it even easier.
What's great about it: Very quick and easy; they cover everything!
What's not so great: Nothing, really.

I like using Turbo Tax and have for years.
I was disappointed when Turbo Tax was unable to pull information from last years return to fill in information on this years return. i had to enter everything in new again.
after finishing my filing i had to go back and enter addresses for charitable contributions and i did not see these fields as i entered the charitable contributions. this took some extra effort to go back and add the information. if needed i would have preferred the screen did not move forward until all information is entered.

Easy way to File

TurboTax was very quick and easy to complete my tax information. The health section was a bit confusing but the information icons helped me through the section. I also needed help to e-file because the return could not be initially sent. I went to Customer Service and got the answers I needed to successfully e-file. TurboTax is a very good product.
What's great about it: The questions made filing easy.
What's not so great: The new health tax section was confusing.
