Trouble with charitable contirbutions

date entered for charitable contirbutions popped up on review and forced me to re-enter dates numerous times - very frustrating. Deleted one blank $$ entry & then reviewed and same pop up requesting dates, type of items, ect.
What's great about it: Import from employers was easier
What's not so great: Had to transmit 3 times before it was accepted

Awesome Tax Filing

Love Turbo Tax have used it for 6 years now and use it to do all of my families taxes. Love that it transfer prior year information and allows me to choose whether to have the program walk me through all deductions and credits or not.
What's great about it: Easy to use, excellent help topics, fastest way to file and get a refund.
What's not so great: Would prefer to save taxes only once after e-filing.

Did not ask about interest on my RV. Had to go to the Schedule A and add it to line 11.
Received a notice for my 2011 return a few months ago because I rolled up all interest paid on line 10 and did not receive a Form 1098 for the RV. Did not know it went on a separate line. Needs to be more clear.
Been using TT for 20 years. A great product. Not sure why people pay to have taxes done!!

What's not so great: did not ask about RV interest payments

I wasn't looking for a social encounter with your software. I would like a more efficient path. For me, the comments, faces, and single question pages just waste time in a tedious process. Starting each new type of income from the top of list each time wasted time by repeatedly bypassing sections that were never even used.
Single question pages should forward the questioning for the 90% of users who will answer yes or no. A back buttor or visible running script would give users a chance to reconsider the automatic forwarding. Or give us the option to auto-next.

What's great about it: Organized, thorough, accurate. Met expectations of a reletively efficient process.
What's not so great: Finding data in 2012 files was inefficient for TT2013 and me. Tried too hard to be Cute.

This is our tenth year of using TurboTax, and I cannot imagine doing it any other way. It is complete, easy to follow, walks you through the questions, and helps prevent errors.

What's great about it: With TurboTax, filing is quick, complete , and easy. Gather your data ahead of time and you can file taxes in threehours
What's not so great: o problems, unless you don't like to keep records.
