Got a Fed but not state refund

Program has an easy-to-use interface with a step by step process that even a novice user should have no trouble with using. Very helpful in finding deductions for my wife's small consulting business. It would be helpful if Intuit could offer a dashboard of costs after the return is completed that would be helpful to know, e.g. show costs for additional states, filing fees, etc. Otherwise, nice product. Thanks!
What's great about it: Found deductions for small consulting business my wife started
What's not so great: Confusing Forex trading tax treatment: IRC1256 versus IRC988
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax is the best tax preparation software on the market. That is why I have used Turbo Tax for almost ten straight years.
What's great about it: The data transfer to the KY state taxes was better this year than ever.
What's not so great: Not at all.

Feel confident that program covers all deductions. I like how it shows the numbers from prior year although I wish you could easily tap into the detail.
Not happy that was not notified final instructions needed for filling out my return were available.
Wish you could just print your return without all of those forms such as quarterly payments that I never make anyway - why included?
What's great about it: Data comparison to last year
What's not so great: Did not receive email to notify me forms were ready even though I signed up for it.
