Turbo Tax is thee way to do your taxes. It's fast, easy, and always accurate. I wouldn't do my taxes any other way!

Quick and Easy

We have used TurboTax for more years than I can remember. The product is easy to use and makes perfect sense. We could have paid a CPA several hundred dollars and received the same result. I might have asked for help if I was moving to another state or buying and selling a house, but that didn't apply to us this year. I ought to be earning a royalty for others who have begun using TurboTax on my recommendation.
What's great about it: Straight forward approach - everything in the correct order
What's not so great: Have to skip through sections that don't apply to me

Excellent interview!

I have used tax software for a few years now. It always seemed that I would get into one or more areas of my return where things would get very confused as to what information was needed. The 2013 edition of TurboTax had a new interview process that really made it easy for me, despite needing to complete a couple of tricky worksheets.
What's great about it: The interview was good last year, but was excellent this year.
What's not so great: None

Turbo Tax is the GREATEST!

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years now and will never do my taxes any other way! I love Turbo Tax and am constantly recommending it to people.
What's great about it: Its so easy
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Really good tool. Great Customer Support

Moving expenses made this years return much more challenging. TurboTax did great until the state return. I ended up at a field that had no explaination. I ended up call customer support Micola was FANTASTIC! She was patient beyond belief and answered my questions which allowed me to finish my return! (NIcolal pushed my review up to 5 stars!)
What's great about it: Step-by-step
What's not so great: explainations sometimes leave a lot to be desired
