Great product, easy and fast

I have used Turbo Tax for at least the last 6 to 7 years and every year it gets easier and faster to do my taxes, and to get my refund quick. Love this program.
What's great about it: step by step help, clear, concise instructions
What's not so great: It's taxes, come on!!!

Electronic filing

I've used Turbo Tax for the past 20+ years with ease but this year when I filed electronically I had to buy "Turbo Tax Plus" (and Audit safety) and deduct it from my Federal taxes despite buying Turbo Tax Deluxe. Confusing step at the very end of the long process.
What's great about it: Simple and quick. No papers to mail. And Fed is free
What's not so great: Electronic filing was a little confusing.

it was great for the college expenses or credits that are offered and it is done automatically. they always confuse me.
What's great about it: could flag a question or info needing to be checked but not haveing to stop

Fastest Return Ever

This year I finished our taxes in less than two hours! Unheard of. I've used TurboTax for the last 6 years and have always been satisfied with my refund and the accuracy of my returns. This is by far the best self-preparation product on the market. Love TurboTax.
What's great about it: Easy walk-through, helpful hints
What's not so great: Would like more specifics on where to report tax on different types of property (e.g. boat vs. second home vs primary)

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years. I rely and appreciate the ever changing tax code updates, and the simplicity of incorporating and comparing past data.
What's great about it: Step By Step, Easy to follow
What's not so great: Can't explain why it would require numerous download updates

Turbo Tax makes completing your forms very easy. Just answer a few questions, complete the empty tax fields and Turbo Tax will do the rest. I'm not sure how much easier it can get.
What's great about it: Very easy to use
What's not so great: None
