this was an easy way to do taxes. Loved the way I could ask questions specific to my return and get answers.
Liked the fact that I could do my childrens taxes to (able to do 5 returns)
I liked to do the walk through so that I could get the fullest benefit.

Also, the wording around lump sum social security payments is not entirely clear.
What's great about it: Mostly easy and convenient to use
What's not so great: Tennessee doesn't have state income taxes but you keep asking if I want to file a Tennessee return.

Form 1098-C confusing

I was terribly confused on how to enter in an auto donation. I had to spend approximately an hour looking at your help and going back and forth to figure out where this information is entered. I suggest making this more user friendly.

2013 Turbo Tax Deluxe. Anytime I installed an update I was not able to launch turbo tax. Errors. I had to manually download updates after searching for advise on several web engines. Very frustrating and time consuming experience. I have been using Turbo Tax for more than 10 years and I never encounter these problems.
I might consider a different tax software next year.

Good program, helpful, effective.
My only complaint is that it isn't readily clear what and when to print, increasing probability that excess copies get printed.

Every year we use Turbo tax. It has become easier each time. I wish the price were a bit lower though.
