Very good Product

I have been using Turbo tax for a couple of years. Always satisfied. First time I was delayed in filing this long because forms were not available. Then I signed up for notification and none was sent. Overall, I still like the product and would reccomend it and will most likely buy it again next year
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Not all forms ready until Feb. 28

Loving Turbo Tax

I have used it for several years after trying commercial tax services and I love it...I won't use anything else!
What's great about it: Easy to do...they ask all the questions
What's not so great: NONE

Refunds for the Family!

I used to look all my information up only to hand it over to the accountant to enter. Now I do that myself and save the expense of the accountant!
What's great about it: Easy to use!
What's not so great: Need more catagories on college student expenses, paid some expenses in December 2013 for the Spring 2014 semester.

Best Tax Software

I've been using Turbo Tax for over ten years now, and can't imagine doing taxes by hand ever again. My taxes are not so complicated that I would need to pay a professional; Turbo Tax can handle everything I need it to do. I like that I can just skip to the parts that are relevant to me and not have to go through every single question, especially after the first go-around.
What's great about it: Previous year data carryover saves time; eliminates addition and subtraction errors
What's not so great: Hate the software upgrade reminders; state e-file should be free too

I really liked the convenience of processing the payments and refunds right online.
I wish that the review was more optional.

Making an unpleasant obligation tolerable

I wouldn't do my taxes any other way. Plenty of support and help available. Easy to use for the tech-challenged user. Very happy and more importantly, done with taxes in record time. The computer Turbo-avatars are very friendly.

The Best in the Market

I have used Turbo Tax for approximately 10 years and it is the best product in the market. I highly recommend it .
What's great about it: Easy to use, accurate and quick
What's not so great: Have not found any.
