Carrying over from previous year makes Turbo Tax as easy as ever, now that I've used it for so long.
What's great about it: Easy to carry over
What's not so great: Cumbersome to figure out how to view actual forms

Mostly good, but could be improved

As usual, there are obvious signs of the program not being fully tested before offered for sale. Last year's did not bring depreciation on a rental in from 2011. Trying to amend last year's for that reason is so convoluted that I just did it by paper. TT tried to get me to enter data for a car used last year, but not this year, but would not allow me to delete. We don't need to file a state return, and in the review process that was advised. A few steps later, it reminds me to file a state return. These things can be avoided by good review and testing. Over all though, it is a relief to be able to use a program that, despite challenges, still makes doing my tax return a much simpler task than before TT came on the market.
What's great about it: Covers everything relevant to me, simplifies doing return vs the old paper method, E-filing.
What's not so great: Tries to get info on car not used this year; reminds to file state return when already said not required.

This is the 4th year I have used Turbo Tax and I must say it is so easy to use. We have a small business and we don't want to pay an accountant to do the same job as Turbo Tax and not get it right. We have had great success using this product and will continue to use it for years to come. Don't trust all of the big name tax preparers when you can do it yourself and e-file it. Awesome Product.
