Turbo Tax allows one to enter information expediently. I've used Turbo Tax for years without problems. This year only after several tries would the entry of the state ID be accepted where called for tax exempt state. Otherwise I'm happy with performance of Turbo Tax
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Very few gliches but one I had trouble with

Great Program

Turbo Tax is easy to use. Sometimes it is hard to skip through some things but that can be a good thing. it is a great program that accurately calculates taxes and gives good information.
What's great about it: Consistent methodology. i've used TurboTax for the last 10 years. I've never had a problem.
What's not so great: Sometimes it is hard to get a form and understand what the form is to be used for.

So Easy!

Turbo Tax is the easiest way to file your taxes! You do need to have all your forms ready. but once you have all your tax forms you are good to go. You don't have to share your personal data with a "random" tax preparer. You share them only with you!
What's great about it: Fast and Easy
What's not so great: confusion on some forms

Simplicity

I love Turbo Tax because I can complete it myself and be 100% confident everything is accurate. Plus, if I think I made a mistake it is simple to go back and double check. It beats doing taxes by hand any day!
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is simple, quick, and accurate!
What's not so great: Charging for the state e-file is not fun.

I have been using TurboTax to do my taxes for more than 20 years and it just keeps getting better.
What's great about it: Interview style covers all the areas and delves deaper where appropriate.

TurboTax is the only way to file

This is my eighth year using it, and it is truly the best of the tax services out there. I would never use a free site with all the identity theft out there. This let's me do it in my pajamas in the comfort of my own home.
What's great about it: easy, accurate, quick
What's not so great: none I can think of
