Great, but could be greater.

Turbo Tax is awesome! It is so easy. And it asks questions that we never even thought of. I tried Turbo Tax for the first time and it only took a little over an hour and I took my time. I don't like the fact we had to update in the middle of doing our taxes. Updates should be done before one even begins. I also don't like that you keep asking for more money. We pay a bundle for the thing in the first place, that should be enough. It is a little scary that you ask for money to assure an audit support. I would like to think that comes with it. That said I would recommend Turbo Tax to everyone and in fact do just that..
What's great about it: Sooooooo easy! Seems to be accurate and safe.
What's not so great: Updating right in the middle of our doing our taxes. Should say at beginning: check for updates first.

Using 2013 TurboTax was a breeze. Always appreciate the importing of information from the previous year and the comparison in each area.

I have been using TurboTax since 2008. It took me a while but I now find it very inyuitive and easy to use. It has handled all of my tax situations.

I wouldn't use any other software. I've been using Turbo Tax for many many years and even with a complicated return, it goes smoothly. Areas where I need more help I can get it. Other areas where I don't want to be walked through, I can jump in and just key what I need to key. I love that flexibility. I am confident in my tax returns and usually don't give them a second thought once I've finished them. Thanks for a great product.
What's great about it: Simple to use; good explanations; flexible to use
What's not so great: menus can be confusing if you want to go back; some areas start you all over in the section
