Can't print my return

When I go to "Print", it takes me to a page that has 3 options:
View, Convert, or Cancel. I've tried converting to word or excel, but I still can't print it. It just keeps going back to the same page with the 3 options mentioned above. I tried viewing, thinking I could print at the end, but no luck.

Mostly Fine

Generally a B - Also, the place where you got updates seemed easier to find in past. I needed a state tax update. Took too long to find it.
What's great about it: Ease, computer, clear
What's not so great: check a box, and then when you come back another box is checked. Makes me worry about other places.

Great tax software

This is the 6 year I have used turbo tax, really please with software, no errors good service and most importantly easiness of use.
What's not so great: Accurate, easiness of use

Once we got things going, it moved right along, and best of all we got word that Tax file had been acceptd by the IRS.
What's not so great: Seemed a bit of problem getting on track with my Windows 8.

Turbo Tax 2013

So far, I have done my daughter's 2013 taxes with Turbo Tax and it has performed as it has for the past 20 years - great!
What's great about it: easy, fast, inexpensive
