It does not tell you that you have to pay for the State efile before you prepare the taxes. But its very Detailed

Apply refund to next year estimate

I want to apply my 2013 refund to 2014 estimated tax. Your program doesn't give me this option. Tell me how to do it or i go to another program next year.

Straightforward and direct

This year for the first time I imported info for 1099s. A great stress and time reducer! I was hesitant and spent lots of time last year working through financial data to determine what to put where. This time it was a few clicks and all the data was in the right place.
I also appreciated the report page that summarized the last 5 years of data.
So, a better than usual experience!
What's great about it: questions are well constructed to be both concise and clear.
What's not so great: no real issues,

Still Buggy But Good

I use this every year as it seems to be the best software around but it is still quite buggy. Several times it will lead you down a path and if it's not right, it then starts making you enter things manually. Often times I've found when I've gone down one of these "rabbit holes" then if I save, quit and come back then it will fix itself. After a few hours of entering something, it's a bit deflating to have to do that so it would be great if this could be improved. Most recent issue was filing my state return. It kept saying that I had to delete my name, SSN and spouse info. So I did and then it would go back and say I had to enter my name, SSN and spouse info. Finally, I deleted it all, saved, quit and then reopened and it then let me submit. Fix this and you'll get to 5 stars.
What's great about it: Fairly simple to use, covers broad range of areas, links to deductions
What's not so great: Buggy programming, many endless loops you need to figure out
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
