Love turbo tax for those of you who go to an accountant you are wasting money I have several reductions and home loan etc and It takes me about 2 hours. All info from last year is imported and transfers over.

I love using TurboTax! Not only is it easy, you get the satisfaction of knowing that your return is being checked for errors or possible audits. I've used this for 4 years in a row and will continue forever! Cost of software is reasonable.
What's great about it: Easy to use!!!
What's not so great: NONE!

Married and well adjusted!

When I got married this year, I did not know whether to file separately or together, Turbo Tax took out the guess work. It figured it out both ways and told me which was best. Quick, easy and thorough... no stress... great for my marriage! I am a fulltime employee and my husband is an independent consultant, so I knew I couldn't figure it out on my own, I really appreciated being led through the process one step at a time. Thanks Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Had a major life change and Turbo Tax helped me get the most of the Tax benefits that came from tiing the knot!
What's not so great: It did not serve me breakfast in bed.

Good consistent product

Easy to use. Turbo Tax helped answer the tough questions and hinted when inputs seemed incorrect. When redirected in the right direction sections completed quickly.
What's great about it: Ease of use.
What's not so great: None really.

Make my job easier

Will probably not buy Turbo Tax Deluxe, next year.
I do at least 5 Fed & State tax returns every year.
This year was the first year it was hard to maneuver, I would sometimes send Fed and not state, then go back in and send state another day, which I couldn't do. Trust me I tried to contact someone anyone but couldn't reach anyone. Your questions and answers never pertained to what I was looking for.

"John" was very helpful. Keep him as one of your valued employees. He gives you credibility. Another member of your help staff also did a great job. He led me to the realization that I had made a dumb error in one of my entries. As I get older I find that my eyesight is diminished and fails me in many of my online efforts. Sorry about that. keep up the good work!
You don't have my life changes or marital status covered. I am widowed now. Also my kids are grown and have kids of their own.
What's great about it: Great cooperation from INTUIT professional staff!
What's not so great: stubborn sign in function. I gave my correct information and was refused admittance to my account repeatedly.

2013 TT generated a form-5405 that wasn't requested or required. TT pre-filing check found error with incomplete info on form. Spent to much time trying to find out how to delete the form.
