Turbo Tax Deluxe is the BEST!

I've been using Turbo Tax for many years and find it very easy to use and am confident that my taxes are done properly. Highly recommend to all.

State (RI) processing is not accurate, lacking property tax relief credit when taxpayer qualifies. Had to process this separately by hand.

taxes from previous year PDF File from turbo tax

overall, good value for the money but cant understand why its almost double to download the software compared to the oneline version.
I had lost my turbotax returns when I reinstalled the OS last year. luckily I had the PDF format of the previous years tax returns. installed this year a brand new trubotax deluxe and it wouldn't pull my tax information from previous year's PDF version of the turbotax tax returns. called customer support and they said the software can ppull info from hr block and other tax software genetrated pdf but not their own product. who knows why?!!

overall, satisfied except for the above issue of needing to type in the whole demographics again this year.

easy to enter info by answering questions, entering data. Seems to be getting easier each year to navigate the program and complete the return.
