9 years of turbo tax

Turbo Tax has been the only tax program that I have used for the last 9 years. I love the way the pertinent questions are asked along with the on page help when I didn't quite understand what I needed to enter.
It is so easy to use, I love it

What's great about it: turbo tax is thorough and simplified for the average user.
What's not so great: Would like on screen, side by side questions and form fill as I go along
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy Way to do Taxes

I have been using Turbo Tax for about 20 years. In that time an unnamed tax service offered a second look at my taxes. The result was Turbo tax used in the easy to follow questions and you explore the questions you don't know if you qualify, end results were the best results of a tax refund using Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Guide through questions allows you to see if you qualify for a deduction.

Great software in doing taxes. I wish it were more informed on how a missionary would file especially concerning gifts/donations. Otherwise, excellent product!

So Easy, Even A Caveman Could Do It!

I'm a major Turbotax advocate and longtime customer. It's incredibly user-friendly, has great supplemental information built-in and always does a terrific job from A to Z! To their credit, Intuit seems to continue to find ways to improve upon a great program each and every year. Technology is a beautiful thing.
What's great about it: Very user-friendly!
What's not so great: No cons!

I love turbo tax

Having done many, many years of tax returns with paper and pencil, appreciate the ease of turbo tax and all of its cross checking.
What's great about it: Easy to use, like seeing last years totals so I know I'm in the ballpark with my entries
What's not so great: many updates, cost me bandwidth.
