Don't try to import your W2!!!

Once I decided to skip trying to import my W2s, it all seemed to go OK.
What's great about it: It finally worked
What's not so great: Every time I tried to import a W2, it locked up my computer. Had to reboot the whole thing.

Wont go back to using a cpa or tax professional. This was very easy to understand and use.
What's great about it: Complicated forms made very simple to understand
What's not so great: Would like the state efiling included in the price.

Rocked My Refund!

Me and my turbotax are ready to go each season, I love knowing that I have the security that I filed my taxes correctly turbo tax makes the process and super easy.
What's great about it: i love the whole program
What's not so great: NA

Awesome and easy way to do your taxes. You get thrown off-gaurd sometimes when it shows a 7000+ dollar deduction, but when you go back in and read what and why its deducting said amount, it makes sense.
What's great about it: Quick and Simple
What's not so great: Makes me wonder...

I liked that I could ask questions and find more explanations when I needed them. You guided me through every little step--I just did what you asked and did not have to think about it. I like the last review to check for mistakes and the indicator about being audited. Good program. Thank you.

Overall, a great experience, which is why I've been getting Turbo Tax for more than 10 years. It's the best way for me to file our taxes in a quick and efficient manner. Great to be able to work on it for a while and then come back later to finish.
Appreciate when Turbo Tax points out errors that the IRS used to point out to me if I did it wrong. Very satisfied overall.
What's great about it: Like Question and Answer format. Turbo Tax asks the right questions to know how much we owe.
What's not so great: Got a little confusing on Estimated Taxes and Tax Refunds.
