Easiest filing I have had in years

The only problem I had was with the PIN number for e-filing. I made up a number and the IRS did not accept the filing.It took a little research to find out that I needed to use the same PIN number I did last year. Once that was resolved the return was accepted quickly
What's great about it: Easy to use - each step clearly explained - (except for PIN #)
What's not so great: little confusion over PIN used for e-filing -

Turbo Tax is perfect for those who want to file themselves in the privacy of their own home. It is very thorough.
What's great about it: was able to handle the multiple job titles I had and the details of each
What's not so great: Thought I was getting a free state file but charged me
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

all went well till filing and then was held up waiting on forms said would e-mail did not went to support did up date all good after that.used to update every time you opened turbo tax
What's great about it: easy information entry and good questions

printing

I want the ability to print just the forms I want - not the smart worksheets or any of the info I typed in from W-2 or 1099's
I circumvent the system by doing print preview and telling it not to print certain pages. This is so annoying.

It is also printing every page in color - even when I tell it to print in black/gray.
What's not so great: I want to print just the 1040 form but it wants to print smart worksheets
