Liked the overall product very much. First time user, and intend to utilize next year now; significant savings over an accountant.
Felt state tax returns sections could have used a bit of help, as a NH resident this extremely rare to be a concern.

product is deceiving
What's great about it: the way prior year info is input . this made it faster and easier.
What's not so great: had to visit another web site to get pa return. i helped my grandmother get turbo because we both have limited income.

It does the job

This is perfect if you are doing a standard tax return. I own a house, I have a few kids and so fare haven't had any issues. I do get confused sometimes with some of the questions, but they have areas to elaborate details.
What's great about it: Cheaper than going somewhere
What's not so great: Can get a little confusing

I have used TurboTax for numerous years, it has gotten less and less user friendly over those uears. Will be looking for something different next year. Can even make a review that doesn'tget errors (nickname)

Taxes done Quickly!

We have used TurboTax to do our taxes for the past several years. We took one year off and sent them to an accountant and it was actually more work! TurboTax is easy to use. The electronic download of investment and w-2 info makes it so easy and accurate. The fact that it brings in all of the info from your prior year Turbo Tax return is even better. And, the "It's Deductible" feature on the website (that seamlessly downloads into your return) makes me feel so much more comfortable putting values to my non-cash charitable donations.
What's great about it: Brought in all prior year info & "It's dectible" valuations
What's not so great: Sometimes confusing as it forces you to go through questions

My 12 page printed copy of return just came out in some foreign language and it does not even line up in the correct aspaces
