TAX RETURNS-THE EASY WAY!

I HAVE USED TURBOTAX FOR OVER TEN YEARS-WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. IT GETS BETTER EVERY YEAR.
What's great about it: GREAT DIRECTIONS & HELPFUL MENUS
What's not so great: NO NEGATIVE ISSUES

2013 Return - Turbo Tax Review

I have used turbo tax software for years. Regarding the glitch, my long term capital loss carryover did not properly populate on the carryover worksheet. Fortunately, I was able to correct the form onscreen manually which had a positive impact on the amount of my return. I have reported the glitch to turbo-tax support and they are investigating.
What's great about it: Easy to understand and enter data
What's not so great: found a glitch with capital loss carryovers

Excellent service

This was my second year to file electronically and it's simple and easy. Plus it's free to use this service.
What's great about it: Had to call the help center to get instructions on deleting a form. It was simple once they explained where to deleteI
What's not so great: Couldn't find the place to apply part of the 2013 refund toward 2014 taxes.

I would recommend Turbo Tax to anyone. My experience with Turbo Tax goes back at least 10 years. It has been great.

2013 software

It said everything was efiled successfully but the state of maine came back rejected. It took me 3 weeks to realize this. then it took an additional 6 times to get it to go thru successfully. Hopefully this time it will work.
What's great about it: very thorough
