So glad to have this Turbo Tax CD to get taxes done right!
What's great about it: felt more secure with the very good step by step instructions
What's not so great: just nervous about doing them correctly, tryin to understand
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Taxes Made Easy

I continue to be amazed by the ease of doing taxes each year by using the Turbo Tax software. I can remember the days when it was a manual calculation and I had to request in the Mail each and every form and explanation sheets. Not to mention all the time to spent erasing! The step by step guidance is great because it makes you think about each category and whether you had something in it or not.
What's great about it: Like the step by step where the program does the walking

Better Than Ever

We have used Turbo Tax for years. It felt like everything was more streamlined that before. Couldn't have asked for a more "pleasant" way to file our income tax return. Thanks!

Turbo Tax to the Rescue

Turbo Tax makes it easy to do your taxes in the comfort of your home on your own time, at a fraction of the cost. Everything does not have to be done in one session. You have the opportunity to save data while you retrieve additional documents or attend to other needs. I depend on Turbo Tax to make tax time less of a stressor. I so look forward to the convenience of Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Overall, easy step-by-step instructions
What's not so great: no immediate feedback for obvious errors

Search box too small for entire title.
Didn't know that I could add worksheets thus adding the right questions to the step-bystep.
No way to remove worksheets if added in error.

Electronic refund problems

I am afraid that I paid for my State return only to get to the electronic transfer and it did not work after I checked for updates as instructed but still no help!! So I had to mail my returns.
