I think the problem you will encounter is that this is the first year your have charged a fee for processing a deposit. I think it is inappropriate to charge the fee when for years you haven't charge it and now all of a sudden you start charging it even though we purchased the program with any knowledge that the change had been made.

Relatively Easy Tax Refunds

If you are familiar with doing taxes yourself, then TurboTax is a great help and excellent tool to use. I like how it saves info from last year's taxes, saving repeat entry work, and guides you along with pertinent questions. And it suggests deductions I wouldn't have thought of on my own - hard to keep up with annual tax changes But sometimes I run into questions I don't understand and I can't find an answer, at least not one I understand. Or info I input doesn't show up in the final summary and I can't figure out why not. I still don't know why my last year's state refund didn't show up in the final version. Also, TurboTax insisted a college scholarship our son has is a Pell grant, but it isn't a Pell grant. This is frustrating. But nothing's perfect in this world.
What's great about it: Does a lot of the leg work for you. Suggests things to get a deductible I'wouldn't think of
What's not so great: Limited info. Frustrating when I don't understand something and don't know where to get the answer.

Turbo Tax great product. Been using over seven years with great success. Don't understand "glitches" that has popped up in the 2013 issue.
What's great about it: Fed Ok
What's not so great: Trying to e-file State current fiasco, Still working on it. Can't get screen to accept the C.C. billing info for State

I have paid to have my taxes completed the last few years because of medical deductions. I decided to do it myself this year and it was very simple. I wish I'd had more confidence and done it myself all these years. The questions were easy to understand and the process painless. Thank you Turbo Tax.

Had better years but still worth coming back.

What's not so great: Had trouble with the State Sales Tax

Liked the friendly easy user-inferface and the thoroughness of the process. I feel very confident about the accuracy of the of my returns. Also a GREAT time saver !!
What's great about it: Easy to use and thorough
What's not so great: Many questions did not pertain to my situation, but I had to review them to be sure.(Not Turbo Taxes fault)

The once user-friendly aspects of TT's step-by-step method has significantly deteriorated over the past two years. It's hard to believe that you field-test it.
So, even though I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years, I will be using a different company's product next year. Sad.

What's not so great: Product is deteriorating year by year.
