I have been using TurboTax for years and it is easily the best of the bunch!
What's great about it: The fastest way to complete and file your taxes.
What's not so great: My refund doesn't come shooting out of my computer immediately

I've been using TurboTax for years. The directions are always easy to follow, but if you get stuck the in-app help is great and the forums can answer almost any question! TurboTax has helped find me deductions I didn't know about and added hundreds of dollars to my return each year without the hefty prices of the other personal tax services. Love this product!
What's great about it: Easy to use, fast and accurate
What's not so great: Nothing of note

FANTASTIC WAY TO DO YOUR TAXES. EASY TO USE AND UNDERSTAND, EVEN IF YOU HAVE NO CLUE WHAT YOU ARE DOING. THIS IS THE SECOND YEAR I HAVE USED THE PRODUCT AND WILL CONTINUE. BY THE WAY, IT IS WAY CHEAPER THAN HAVING SOMEONE ELSE DO THE RETURN FOR YOU. AND THIS WAY YOU DO NOT HAVE TO GIVE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO A STRANGER!
What's great about it: EASY PROCESS, THEY WALK YOU THROUGH THE WHOLE THING
What's not so great: NOTHING

My Taxes are Filed

1. I had initial installation problems with the installation of the program software itself.
2. My Government W2 has a code which is never recognized.
3, Program is great for letting you visit the forms and entries that are completed.
What's great about it: Program Guides are great
What's not so great: Had installation Problems
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
