Filing Delay

Delay in filing was longer than anywhere else....way longer.

Easy Peasy

Easy to use. Feel it is accurate. I don't have a lot of difficult items might even be able to do it on my own but this is just too easy to pass up.
What's great about it: Answered my questions without problem
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

What's not so great: Does not keep direct deposit info from federal and put into state return. Must manually re-enter.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax has been my method of filing for years. I never have any difficulty entering info requested as long as I have my paperwork ready for input. The process is very easy to manipulate and the computations are accurate. Printed results are easy to read. This company is very professional and always on top of the most recent changes to tax requirements for both Federal and State tax returns. And it is not too time consuming to use.
What's great about it: Easy to use, comprehensive questions, accurate computations
What's not so great: None

This is the 5th year using Turbo Tax, and each year the process has improved. It is easy to understand and follow. Turbo Tax has been great!

GREAT TAX HELP

I COULD NOT HAVE DONE MY OWN TAXES THE LAST COUPLE OF YEARS WITH OUT TURBO TAX.
What's great about it: MAKES DOING TAXES VERY MUCH LESS COMPLICATED
