2013 tax returns

I keep coming back to Turbo Tax as it consistently works, is easy to use and is intuitive. I will be buying it again next year.
What's great about it: Another year where I feel good about getting my taxes done early and accurately
What's not so great: I don't like when they ask me to purchase other services. 4 times during this submission.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

It Depends!

My husbands work forgot to change over our Utah tax deductions to Idaho when we moved there. Therefore, we had to file two returns but it was difficult getting information on how to do this. Also, I had filed the Federal return waiting to know what to do on the two states and there was no info telling me how to skip the federal I had already filed to do the two state tax returns.
Frustrating and took much longer than it should have.

What's great about it: Works well if you have a straight forward tax return
What's not so great: Doesn't work well if you have a "different" situation than normal

All in All, a great product and I have used it for the last 8 years and will continue to do so.
What's great about it: Answers all your unknown questions even before you ask.
What's not so great: A little tricky to revisit a specific item, Have to really search for it.

Turbo Tax is a very simple tax filing program to use. Intuit has done about 99.99% of the work. My wife and I have been using this program for years and the first problem has yet to exist.

Every year I am finding Turbo Tax to be easier and easier, If I am not sure of something they just let me click on the ? and the answer is there for me.

Have used Turbor Tax for a long time and never have had any problems. Planning on using it in the furture.
