I've used Turbo Tax many years. Great program and very easy to use. It handles complicated return with ease.
What's great about it: Easy to follow and enter info. Accurate computations.
What's not so great: none

Filing process was thorough and instructions reasonably easy to follow. Some confusion created by promotions mixed into the filing process i.e. what is necessary v. what is a suggested offer.
What's great about it: Instructions straightforward, reasonably easy to understand

Makes Filing Easier

Like the ease to complete but do need a better understand of why some things occur
What's great about it: Questions asked to complete return and detail of information
What's not so great: No explanation why previous year's state refund was reduced as income on current year.

Very capable once again

Each year I return to Turbo Tax and am not disappointed. The import feature for stock brokerages is particularly helpful. I did notice this year that the new form 8960 popped up as a need, but there was not much information as to the requirements. I had to do a search to find out why I qualified. Otherwise a relatively short time for completing everything this year.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate and pick the input choice, either interview or direct category access, to fit the subject.
What's not so great: Lacked explanation on new forms for 2013
