Takes Most of the Tax Pain away

As complicated as the Tax Code is, this program breaks down the key areas to make it digestible. It provides ways to flag areas that need to be revisited, as well as, double-checking and audit rating prior to filing. One annoyance was that it took 6 times to e-file even though I had downloaded all Turbo Tax updates and there was no way to contact anyone to discuss. Only option provided was to file via paper instead, even though I had paid for e-filing (not clear if I would have been refunded $ for state e-filing). I can recommend this program for simple taxes such as mine.
What's great about it: Clear, supportive prompts; helpful online response to questions
What's not so great: Was not able to pull taxes from prior years; took multiple tries to e-file; no real person backup
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Main issue was printing my forms. In previous years this was a simple process, not this year. You made it too complicated.
What's not so great: Different format from year to year. Ugh!

Doesn't allow messages or things to flag in return. E.G. Having the IRS check for with holding from Social Security.
I get flagged for this every year. So I have to use a 1040X
What's great about it: same as last year
What's not so great: Not flexable - no improvements
