Awful awful awful
We will never use Turbo Tax again as it was a serious pain with same s.. marriage and the difference b/w the state and federal.
I have LOVED turbo tax in the past, but this was seriously disappointing.

mad about lack of printing

Almost completed with my taxes, print a copy for my records is asked, I click on that and it goes to preview print copy...over and over and over will not print a copy for my records. No records...worthless. If you had an 800 number to answer simple questions like this you'd get my continued business now I have to find another tax preparer.
What's great about it: tax part ok

I can't understand why turbo-tax said that my state e-filing refund would be $960.00 dollars and I only received a $360 dollar refund from the state after being told by turbo-tax that my filing was double checked and found to be free of errors.
can you explain why your guarantee failed to produce what turbo-tax assured me as a customer. Please explain.

Poor - Did not check the EIC form correctly

The EIC form was not reviewed properly. The Deluxe program did not ask about the dependents on the EIC form and as a result did not check the YES blocks. In the 2012 version this failure resulted in the IRS rejecting the form. The 2013 version was the same.

I don't know how to get in touch with anyone. My State is showing that nothing is owed for this tax period. I'm owed $218. I filed on jan 10 and I still have not showed my taxes are filed. This is really frustrating.

Turbotax review--not a pkleasure

The 013 version is even worse than last year's. It does not let me review my entries or print A copy of my return. When I ask a question, it wants to sell me the answer. It does not recognize that I bought my copy of the program. It was overpriced, not free.
Using turbotax used to be A pleasure, now it is a pain. I wiill nor ujse iit next year!. I regret buying it this year.
What's great about it: nothing
What's not so great: too controlling

Have been waiting for 2 weeks to get the state of Ohio fixed and STILL NO PAGE 3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The double declining balance depreciation method does not work for 2013. I must manualy override.
