Turbo Tax Deluxe 2013

I love this product and have been using it for more than 10 years. My original accountant reviewed my work when I first started, and it came out exactly like his copy.
Only snafu was understanding the student interest deduction. Once I went to the Community Topic site, I found the answers that I needed. I think an additional statement should have been noted that the parent nor the student cannot deduct the student interest if the parent claims the student and the loan is in the student's name.
What's great about it: Everything
What's not so great: Confusing student interest deduction.

No More HR at Home!!!

Have been using HR at Home but had problems with the software itself disabling the print spooler and their tech people were not able to get it working again, went to MS and they couldn't either. Had problems with the tax side also missing things. Will not use their software again.
On the other hand Turbo Tax did an excellent job, was easy to navigate and help areas were clear and easy to understand. Covered all of my tax issues without any problems. Would definitely recommend Turbo Tax to friends and relatives.
What's great about it: Very thorough and easy to use.
What's not so great: NONE

I have been using turbo tax for the past 5 years. I like the idea of being able to keep all my personal receipts in my home and not taking them to a stranger. I have many medical problems and my family and I choose not to let everyone be aware if everything. I can sit at the computer organize all my information(like I would have to do anyway to take to someone to fill them out) and start filling in the blanks. with the guidence of Turbo tax everything is private and easy. I have a less chance of loosing something when it is kept in my home then stored on my personal computer.

Before TurboTax I used to get really stressed out when doing my taxes. Now it is essentially a stress free process. I'm confident of getting the maximum return I can and that everything on the forms is correct.
What's great about it: There are no problems with Turbotax.
