Turbotax is very user friendly and a lot easier than going to someone else and paying them for what you can do for yourself. If you can get a refund enjoy it instead of them.
What's great about it: very easy and user friendly
What's not so great: couldn;t get enough back from uncle sam

Once I finally got to the support site and kept going back and forth was able to upload the update I needed for the tax to continue.
What's not so great: had an update to upload and computer wouldn't do it

Found a problem....

I have twins, I did their returns on turbotax. All THREE of them.... When I did the 2nd return it overwrote the 1st return.
it saves by using the last name and 1st initial and date.....I did the returns on the same date and they both have the same 1st initial in their names....

I have an accountant do my taxes, but I get turbo tax for my Kids that have Jobs and go to school. its five stars for that...
What's great about it: very easy.. fun to watch the refund grow.
What's not so great: need to go to file and save as your own file name and not use the default.

It is a pretty good program for the money. I have been using the program for about 10 years and like it.
What's great about it: The steps are straight forward and logical.
What's not so great: For some reason, it has to be updated EVERY time you open the file.

Found all my deductions

Will use next year and will recommend to all I speak to.
What's great about it: Went through all deductions I was entitled to including sales tax on a large remodel job.
What's not so great: Cannot think of anything I did not like.
