We have several sources of income, some of which are not subject to withholding. By answering the questions, I am confident that nothing was missed. Since we have used Turbo Tax for several years, all of our depreciation was saved and automatically calculated. We sold an asset, and the capital gains was automatically calculated! With Turbo Tax, I could complete our tax return at my own pace, and look up any missing information immediately.
What's great about it: questions lead you through each step of a complicated return

Thank God for Turbo Tax

I always use Turbo Tax and this year I really needed it due to moving (2 different state taxes to figure) and purchase of a new home. It asked all the right questions and allowed me to complete my taxes in record time!
What's great about it: Walks you through all the right areas
What's not so great: Nothing!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

makes filing taxes very easy for the regular joe. certainly no need to pay a professional to do it. TurboTax has your back and does its best to make sure you don't miss a thing.

Another easy filing

When you are entering income and deductions, you waste to much time scrolling to the lower part of the section. When you make an entry in a section, when you come back to the main page, you should come back to the area you just left. Now, you end up at the top of the section and you have to scroll down to where you want to make your next entry. A real pain in the neck.
What's great about it: Eazy to use
What's not so great: Have to scroll down to often.

Preparing tax returns is tedious--even if you have a fee preparer complete your returns. But TurboTax makes it easy to eliminate the third party: the fee preparer. The
