beginning to dislike turbo tax

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and never have had a problem. All of a sudden this year, I can't print the returns that I want to mail for State Tax and for my records. I find it very difficult to use.
What's great about it: I like being able to do my taxes fast
What's not so great: I do not like the fact that I can't print my return because of the PDF

AWESOME WAY TO FILE - TURBO TAX

I WOULDNT USE ANY OTHER PROGRAM TO FILE MY TAXES. TURBO TAX STANDS UP TO THEIR TESTIMONIALS AND WHAT THEY SAY THEY CAN PROVIDE TO TAX PAYERS.

What's great about it: easy to follow
What's not so great: dont have any
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I made a mistake online and did not buy the combined program to include state with e file. It cost more to add state and e-file than the original program. I will not make that mistake again. However, all in all, I have used TT for more than 20 years and have been very satisfied.
What's great about it: Extremely easy and intuitive
What's not so great: Buy state and filing as it will cost more that turbotax to buy.

Great Software

I've been using TurboTax for several years. Each year the product improves and, although I've tried other products I always come back to TurboTax. It is the ONLY product that truly appears to be trying to HELP you get the maximum refund possible. I LOVE TURBOTAX!!
