Confusing

I have used Turbo tax for 3 years. This year was more confusing than the past years.
What's great about it: Good arithmetic
What's not so great: Parts confusing. State tsales tax deduction confusing

Turbo Tax 2013 return

We have income in North Dakota and Minnesota. It did not ask us if we filled out reciprocity to only have North Dakota taxes taken out and assumed that we needed to fill out a Minnesota state return.
What's great about it: Easy to use with previous return information
What's not so great: Not all areas ask all the questions and have to go back and review

for years we used a tax professional and when he retired, I asked him to recommend somebody. he said to buy turbo tax because that is what he had been using all along.

Turbo tax is a good tool to help with filing taxes. Most of the questions were easy to answer. There were only a few questions that were confusing - most were able to be answered in the help section.
What's great about it: Easy to answer questions
What's not so great: Occasional question that did not have easy instructions

Hooray TurboTax

TurboTax makes filing your tax return so easy. I used to hate filling out my tax return because it was so cumbersome trying to figure out what was needed. TurboTax asks you all the pertinent questions needed to fill out the return. I have great confidence when I'm finished that it is correct and that I have received the maximum return that I can.
What's great about it: Makes filing your taxes easy--asks all the questions needed
What's not so great: Can't really think of any.
