Turbo Tax

Turbo Tax is easy to understand, and with explanations of what or why they are asking the question. You can get your answer to a question quickly without having to leave the program or have someone call you back.
We have used Turbo Tax for several years now, and will continue using it as long as I have to file taxes.
What's great about it: easy to follow directions
What's not so great: Nothing really

Fast and Easy

I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years. It is the easiest product I found to do taxes. It helps me spot deductions like the education deduction for my daughter in college. I will keep using it.
What's great about it: Easy to use, clear question, great step by step
What's not so great: several updates to fed forms take time

I've been using Turbo Tax for about 10 years now and it keeps getting easier each year. If you haven't sold any investments or a home or haven't moved you can probably do your taxes in less than an hour. I love how it guides you asking questions through each and every phase of the process.
What's great about it: Guides you through the whole process easily and quickly.
What's not so great: Can't think of any.

Thoroughly enjoy using Turbo Tax. This is my 10th year using this product and it gets easier and faster each year.
What's great about it: very thorough and user friendly
What's not so great: confusing if having to go back to readdress an issue
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

You can't go wrong using Turbo Tax. As much as I dread doing my taxes, Turbo Tax makes it a lot less bearable.
