Most everything was clear and easily understood, till you get to the student sections,(Pell Grants, Student Loans, VA (GI Bill) versus Dependents Education Assistance (DEA){off 100% Disabled Veteran}, for use by daughter.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions
What's not so great: Student Section not very clear

Great Tax Service

I think you have the best system for doing taxes at home. The main problem has to do with the IRS not excepting my taxes by the time I finished them using TurboTax. I use Turbo Tax every year to file and have never had problems with my taxes. Great service.
What's great about it: Easy walk through that covers everything
What's not so great: I sometimes have trouble figuring out how to return to a certain spot without having to cover everything starting over.

Doesn't get any better or easier than this, cant figure why some people spend hundreds of dollars to get their taxes done, don't think they can do any better than Turbo tax.

Easiest way to file taxes

This is one of the best tax programs out there and I'm using it for the 4th year. No tax prepayer could find anymore for me.
What's great about it: Everything is done. You answer questions and done.
What's not so great: Got lost with Illinois Tax this time because didn't want to E-file

What's great about it: good flow, re-check process, and pop-up explainations
What's not so great: That I have to drive 20 miles to purchase a copy of Turbo Tax each year.
