Good on line help, but math errors found

I found a math error which could not be corrected other than by re-entering most if not all of the information. The contact personnel online were very helpful.
What's great about it: Fairly easily able to enter information, either through their guidance or by going to forms.
What's not so great: Switching between "Guidence" and "Forms" and may have caused the math errors

I've used TT for 5 years now and have been extremely pleased with the ease of use.
What's great about it: Step by step process works seamlessly. Import of mutual fund information is a great time saving feature
What's not so great: The tax history worksheet seems to have an error in it, where adjusments to income don't appear in the correct year.

Made my life simpler

It has always made my filing easier. I would never have figured out how to file my K-1. Carrying over the previous information is a real time saver.
What's great about it: Transferred the carryovers and last year's info.

I have used TurboTax for approximately seven years and have been quit satisfied that I have done my taxes accurately and with maximum legal refunds.
What's great about it: I like doing taxes myself. TurboTax with its fill in the blanks make that possible.
What's not so great: Sometimes, not often, I am confused by what seems the same information asked for two or more times.

I am a very busy mother of three. I file our return, and I have limited knowledge of taxes. Turbo Tax makes it very simple to follow step-by-step sections. It insures I input the right information, it compares answers to previous returns to make sure I do not forget anything, and it quickly and accurately prepares my taxes.
What's great about it: Very simple to walk through the requirements
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
