In general I always prefer using Turbo Tax for my claims over the years and I like how the system walks me through the program. It's a great product that really helps me with my taxes.
What's great about it: Simple walk through prefered
What's not so great: had trouble e-fieling my claim
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy and Quick

I hate doing tax returns but Turbo Tax makes is so much less painful. Thanks for developing a great program that is easy for those of us who are not tax accountants.

What a joy to work with

It was such a joy to work with after I got all the updates and could finally work with the program. Easy to work with and find forms and help. I look forward to using the product next year. I sent in my forms electronically and got my refunds in less than 10 days. That was the best part to know the safety of the program. Thank you for making life so much easier. My only concern was the state forms for Estimated Tax came up with big letters on it DO NOT FILE FORM NOT FINAL. I have no idea what that is all about as you have to use that form to send in estimated taxes.

What's great about it: The software was so easy to work with this year.
What's not so great: At the beginning I had a hard time finding the updates because the government had not completed the final forms

Firghtened to file but easy to use!

Walking thru the ordeal of filing is easy to do with your program. Not really quite sure if I had pushed the send the form, I had to go back and check. Turns out, I had only printed it and not filed.

Excellent resource

I have used TurboTax for years and you continually keep improving it. With the complexities of our stupid tax system, you do a great job of keeping it simple for us unknowledgeable. Also you make the state tax easy because in Missouri, it is almost as complicated as the federal tax.

Turbo Tax Again

A great improvement over the old paper process. Turbo Tax makes sure that all of the backup material is organized and utilized as you work through the process. We've used T/T for many years and wouldn't think of doing our taxes without it. It saves time and money over trying to complete the process ourselves or going to a commercial preparer. Our financial situation in not so complex that T/T has any problem in guiding us through the process, yet it is complex enough that without the T/T guidance many opportunities for mistakes abound. With the electronic filing process any tax refund whether state or federal finds its way into our bank account quickly and safely.
What's great about it: Complete, structured and easy.
