Awful!

I am extremely disappointed in Turbo Tax. It won't file my taxes stating that there are updates needed and I have all of the latest updates. I want my money back for the state efile fee. I may never use turbo tax again,

by using for many years i have become familiar with Turbotax - and it with me. Using prior year as a template, it knows what you need to do and offers reminders for areas you might overlook
What's great about it: fast, detailed and easy, especially if used prior year
What's not so great: sometimes hard to drill into and change a form
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Product Continues to Improve

The tax software just continues to improve and simplifies the process. The background explanations and referrals to real time help are exceptional and take the risk away from doing the taxes yourself.
What's great about it: Moves clearly to next step and leaves plenty of opportunity to redo or rethink entries
What's not so great: First year, some learning curve for user, but after that it has been very easy

Best Tax Software I've used!

I've used a few different software applications to do my taxes over the years and I always come back to TurboTax! One software application resulted in a refund less than what I calculated manually so I also bought TurboTax that same year. Got exactly the refund I was expecting! I don't expect to try any other Tax software again!
