Thank goodness for Turbo Tax. We don't have to hire an accountant and count on a really neat correct return.

Very Convenient!

While it took me a little while to locate the 1800 number when I was having trouble submitting my returns through eFile, once I found it customer service was very helpful and able to quickly help me resolve my issues.
What's great about it: Inexpensive
What's not so great: Not easy to locate 1800 number

I found this years return really easy to process. You do have to have some knowledge of taxes to complete, but this program really gets you the information you need when in doubt.

No refund but easy

Have used Turbo Tax for many years. Had one problem over the years- it was totally my fault. My family and friends are paying accountants a lot of money to prepare taxes. I keep telling them to do their own, it is simple with turbo tax.
What's great about it: Easy, even with investments
What's not so great: nothing

I've used Turbo Tax at least 6 years now without ever having a problem. It truly guides you through the entire process. It allows you to backtrack and look at every topic. Nothing is unchangable until YOU decide you're ready to file. I love that it remembers previous year's info. That saves time. I love using Turbo Tax and I trust it!
What's great about it: Clear, easy to understand
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Once I organize my data by income and expenses, the process of data entry is easy. I appreciate the up to date refund status boxes.
